Eating Healthy is No.1

Learning how to eat healthy is the most important thing in life. Sadly most people in developed cities take it for granted and wasted a big part of their life struggling, ignoring small health issue that eventually leads to severe chronic illnesses later in life, wasting hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars trying to find solutions that are just distractions. In many case, eating healthy is the only cure, there is no other alternative.

They wasted a big portion of their youth, wealth, health, happiness and the ability to achieve greater things in life just because they did not even know that they could have the energy to run faster, be much stronger, they could have better memory, they could think faster, clearer, feel better, look more beautiful and younger in life if they only knew many of the convenient food they are eating is slowly taking these away from them.

Some of them knows this but they have no practical solutions to the problem sighting not enough time, troublesome and not delicious as the three main issues.

These are actually not truth as eating healthy can be fast, easy and delicious but it needs to be learn. There is three stage to this learning process. The truth, the solution, the practice. First stage, one need to know the truth clearly in order for him to be motivated to study the solution and to start practicing not following what the crowd do.

The practicing is easy, it can just take a mere split second to control your though, to remember the truth and you will make the right decision. Learning the truth will take some time.

The main problem is most people think they know the truth when usually they are actually confuse. Most of us need help to get it right. Many wise people even take up to 50, 60 even 70 years to learn this and yet most of us think that we can just go to the internet and google for a few seconds and our problem will be solve. It is a lot harder than that. It have to be a process most of the time but with the Meroll system it is possible to cut short the solution and learning curve.
